I love the gorgeous Lady walking down the street in the rain and red umbrella theme. It's a very stretchy top and lightweight. The cowl neck, arms and back are 95% Viscose and 5 Spandex and very lightweight. Perfect for menopause ladies. lol PTP is approx. 26" as it has drop shoulders and the under arms are wider. That is the max it could go as well. Length is 28" The arms look skinny but they're really not. I tried this one on and it's sooo cute. Almost kept but wouldn't have anywhere to wear it unfortunately. I give this a 9/10! Excellent condition and just an all around great piece.
