COOGI Joggers

Coogi Joggers tag says size 18, I am thinking it's a YOUTH 18 which would be a size small I am thinking from measurements. Coogis a great brand, these are Black Jogging Pants, Elastic waist, has "COOGI" lettering down one leg, on pants at shins it is an array of colours that flow down to ankles and the whole inside of pockets (2)at waist are lined with same colouring-and on back pocket also- (this is what the Brand "Coogi" is known for, their vibrant coloring of clothes! The ankles are also elastic Measurements are : *Waist-(13 inches across-(stretches to 18 inches), *Hips- 19 inches *length- 42 inches * inseam to bottom- 28 inches
