COPY - Antique top hat

This is an antique top hat made in St John New Brunswick by Scovil bros Ltd(Est 1889). size 7 1/8 . It has wear, and the box is rough, but a great conversation piece. If making an offer, PLEASE ensure your address is complete. This was shipped to a buyer, and returned to me with incomplete address by Canada Post. I messaged the buyer with no response. So...... Up for offers again.
