Wore these in France during the worst heat wave in their history and they kept me dry because the chiffon like material is so breathable and loose on the skin - Perfect for hot summer months or hot vacation - They flow off the waist and give a beautiful hourglass silhouette - Colour is White/Off White - Can look more like a skirt because of the flowing fabric - Can dress them up or down
