This dress has tiny polka dots all over & is made of a soft fabric which looks like denim. Elastic waist at back & attached belt. Roll up sleeves, front pocket & 2 side pockets. Pit to pit 20 inches, waist 16 inches (stretched up to 20). Never worn, perfect condition.
