stroogle @anitwl Yes of course it is clean. Thisis just a discoloration. I haven't worn the dress since I graduated from college almost 10 years ago. I used to wear aluminium-containing deodorant back then. I think that's why it is discolored. None of my recent (and more worn) dresses have such discolorations.
