Large - Laying flat - front rise 13”, 5.5” up front rise at seam 18” across, top across 15” laced tight. Medium - Laying flat - front rise 13”, 5” up front rise at seam 16.5”” across, top across 14”. XL - laying flat - front rise 13.5”, 5.5” up front rise at seam 18.5”, across top 16” - laced pretty tight right now. The cotton does stretch (3% Lycra) quite a bit and there is a lace up the side that allows for a couples inches of adjustment at the top.
