Cut for an A-line silhouette, this elegant blue dress is elevated with a deep V-neck, open back and a fitted waistband. The A-line skirt features gathering for volume. 100% polyester, 100% cotton lining. Brand new without tags, never been worn. Has pockets! Zip and hook and eye closure at the back. Hang straps are stitched inside the bodice. EU 40 converts to a US size 8. Key measurements for fit - the waistband at the top of the zipper is 16 inches laid flat, and the measurement from the shoulder strap to the top of the zipper is just over 13.5 inches. Waistband thickness is 5 inches, and the skirt is 24 inches. The length of the V-neck drop is 10.5 inches. This dress is just stunning, very crisp and smooth fabric and a gorgeous full skirt!
