COS | NWT Cobalt Blue Pleated Dress

- GORGEOUS & vibrant sleeveless dress in striking solid cobalt blue - Wide vertical 3" pleats, with some asymmetrical-cut layers. Knee-length. - cut hemline at the bottom (no seam). Hidden 15" zipper at the back to close. Round neckline (measures 6" across when zipped) - Unlined but layered fabric at the top adds weight at the shoulders - CONDITION: NWT -- brand new with tags, excellent! never worn. There is only one tiny flaw to note, and that is a couple of tiny spots (small like a pinhole) on the left side just next to the side seam. They are much more visible on the inside of the garment than on the outside, and not visible at all when wearing. Otherwise completely brand new!!
