COS | NWT Ruffle Collar Dress

- black, short, shift dress with little 2" ruffle collar. long-sleeved. - collar has an elastic on the inside - 11" hidden zipper at the back neck to close. - 2 side pockets (5" opening). fully lined bodice (sleeves are unlined) - 95% cotton, 4% spandex - NWT - excellent condition, brand new with tags. Sadly doesn't fit me. Only flaw to note is a few surface scratches on the fabric along the shoulder seams from storage (highlighted in the second last photo!). Otherwise brand new.
