COS | Oversized high neck dress cobalt blue M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @specavenue. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. It’s a lovely dress, warm, but not bulky, and the collar is fabulous! I just don’t reach for it so it needs a home. True to size. If you are usually a size small it will be very roomy. If medium is your usual size then this dress will be just comfy boxy fit. Questions?
