COS dress with sheer layer and neon piping

Reposhing this item I purchased from @cytal. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Beautiful dress but a bit big on me. I should have sized down. Size EU 38, with a sheer top layer and neon piping. The layer underneath is thin cotton neon green, looks very comfortable. Looks brand new.
