COS scoop neck dress/ kaftan style

Wonderfully versatile - the neckline is changeable from scoop neck to off the shoulder, with the front ties. About 50”long. Good medium weight twill fabric, which is cool to the touch and not clingy. Two side pockets. The sleeves are voluminous and have ties too. Worn for breezy summer nights or belted for a more put together look. When worn off the shoulder, it gives that La Dolce Vita look 💕
