CRYSTAL ROUND BUD VASE OR ASTRAY

This is an unusual crystal bud vase, very sturdy unique design. Sorry I don't know the name of this design. Approximately 3 inches high, 3 inches across snd 2 inches at the circle opening. Here's the deal, after examining this item, it appears it is actually an ashtray. I would never have thought that but it does have an indent in the mouth that indicates that possibly.
