CUPCAKES and Cashmere mini dress/tunic size S - read description

A definite boho vibe to this.! Super cute cream coloured mini dress / tunic with black embroidery. This is a short length, so please ready measurement carefully or be prepared to wear shorts or something with it:) size S. When laying flat pit to pit is 18.5”, length is 29.5”. Missing fabric tag but there is no stretch to the fabric **please note the stock photo has tassels, the dress I have does note. Also there is a very very faint spot on the front of the dress- I’ve tried to show in the last image but it is very hard to see. Otherwise in great condition.
