Recently a customer has given me a bad review because of USPS sending her package to the wrong address. I've been seeing on Etsy for a while before I even started selling on Poshmark. Once the package is sent out it's on the post office not us. If you don't receive your package, first step is calling your local post office to see where it went. rnbwsakura (continued) Messaging is always preferred. Reason being is when you comment on a shops posts it'll get mixed in with all of the tens to hundreds of other notifications we get on a regular basis. Just a friendly reminder that Poshmark sellers are still people, and one bad review can affect our earnings. I personally do this to buy food for myself considering I have many health issues so have to follow a very specific diet.
