HIP MEASUREMENT: 23 inches one side seam to other flat across front. LENGTH: 28 inches. POCKETS: None. BELT: Suede tie belt from side seams to front, long length. LINED: Fully Lined with 100% polyester satin. CLOSURE: Hidden back zipper. CONDITION: TAGS ON, NEW, Never Worn, Undamaged. Kept in cloth garment bag in a clean smoke free home.  May have a tiny dimple from the hanger but this will work its way out and is at top where it doesn’t show. DETAILS: Fabulous cut work.   PHOTOS: Due to my lack of photography skills, some photos look like top of skirt is darker than the bottom. In real life skirt is an evencolour all over.
