CUTEST VINTAGE ROMPER Flare Shorts

Black and floral vintage romper with halter neck and dramatic flare below the waist - the bottom looks more like a skirts but it's shortssss! Button closure at the front, really nice cut through the waist super flattering. Size 6 guide is loose - lots of give in the hips! Very small amounts of wear on the fabric, you can kind of see it if you zoom in (small faded spots) but not at all noticeable when it's on!
