CZECH GLASS 20” EMERALD GREEN CLUSTER STATEMENT NECKLACE

Stunning Vintage Adjustable 15" to 18" Faceted Emerald Czech Glass Stone Necklace. Art Deco Style. There are no hallmarks but very reminiscent of Lisner or Schiaparelli. This necklace is easily distinguished from the generic ones sd in bulk and mass market. Each faceted glass crystal in a four prong setting. The gold colony metal has ruched to a deep brass color. The setting itself is distinctive. Aeschylus stone still sparkles . This is something the movie stars would wear in the 1950's. My estimate is Circa 1945 based on the style and similar to pieces found. Simply stunning with so much sparkle. The statement necklace! A few flaws in the glass as with vintage but nothing jarring or immediately noticeable to the naked eye. I believe the cabochones are Chezh glass, however, may be mixed with rhinestones - have not done the test to see if they are electro luminescent. Measures 20” on an adjustable chain. I believe the clasp closure is a replacement - differential metal.
