Cachè blue flower embroidered skirt

Gorgeous blue skirt with floral designs embroidered on both sides, with subtle beaded detailing. waist 16" hips 20" length 17" In good pre-loved condition. I found 2 stains on the front of the skirt. They are thin dark lines, but they really are not too noticable. I tried to photograph the stains in the last 2 pictures.
