Calibre dress shirt. Size large, slim

Beautiful shirt from australian brand calibre. Love this shirt but I have put on weight so it is now too tight. I am 6'3 so great for someone who is taller and lean. When buying shirts I normally wear size 16 neck and 36 arm length so this would fit someone with those, or similar measurements.
