California Moonrise Long-Sleeved Dress

Lovely dress for upcoming fall/winter season. Made by California Moonrise. It's medium but fits more like a small. Fabric is navy blue background with beautiful yellow/cream/ rust and green floral pattern. V-neck with attached tie at front that can be worn in a bow or just hanging loose. Closes at the back of neck with hook closures and then a long zipper to below the waist. The skirt is full and hits at the knee or slightly above. Long sleeves with a flutter cuff. The skirt is lined but the top and sleeves are not. This is brand new but without tags. Never worn.
