Asymmetrical knee length down chiffon black skirt with feather print. Fitted top into a flowy bottom trim. Inner lining stops above knee. Has a side zipper and a black trim waist band. There is a little tear along the waistband, nothing else noted in the skirt. See photos for flaws. Size Small Waist 14' Hips 17" Length 19.5" at highest and 27.5" at longest.
