Call It Spring White Heeled Boots with Quilted Design

Well loved chic white heeled boots from Call It Spring. Featuring a striking quilted pattern and a sleek stiletto heel, these knee-high boots are perfect for making a fashion statement. Picked these up at a vintage shop. Not sure if real or fake leather. Some flaws - please see photos. Minor scuffs and a little blue discolouration. Could possibly be fixed with some white shoe polish?
