The strapless bustier top is embellished with individual "petals" and randomly placed seed pearl beads. The skirt is pleated and lined, and has a half-crinoline to add to the flare. The material is polyester, but looks and lays like raw silk, which gives the flared skirt extra structure. The top has a sweetheart neckline and lightly padded cups. There is boning in the front and back to give it structure, and a rubberized trim inside to keep it from slipping down.
