Hi there, sorry you weren't happy with your purchase. I'm not sure why you think you got a size 10 instead of 14...the only size my son has ever worn are size 12 and up and it shows the tag in the photo shows size 14. Let me know if there's anything I can do to try and make it right for you. Thanks

Its crazy because I very clearly stated in the post that the condition of the shoes was FAIR, and that the shoes needed a good cleaning!!
