selin9901 @hannaang Hi! No it is not. That is the jacket seam that has come off with time, the white you are seeing on the arms is just the inner lining of the jacket since it's a heavy duty jacket. I never had any feathers come out of this jacket, but I did indicate there is a small hole but can be easily repaired.
