daffodil435 @erinb5244 The outer fabric feels more like a very tightly woven cotton Versus the more familiar fluffy fleece that we see in things like joggers.However, this is fully thermal. Canada pooch has a non-– shed thermal lining and also a light poly fill. It reflects body heat and is considered thermal tech. It reflect body heat in word so your dog stays warm. If I have not included a photo of the thermal tag, I will add it to the listing.
