Canadian Clientele Long Bohemian Rococo Tunic Top

Very good preowned condition, long tunic sleeveless top or dress featuring a cool paisley and geometric bohemian design by Clientele in browns, tans, beige, white and black. Some ruching at bust and a solid black trip along the neckline and smaller trim along the sleeve holes. Figure flattering fit. Love the handkerchief pattern. This too would pair well with tights. It's long enough to be worn as a mini dress and short enough to be a top. Made in Canada!! Can't seem to locate tag, but I am guessing it is polyester and spandex, like the dress/top I am selling (96% polyester, 4% spandex) Please see photos for measurements. Thank you!
