Canadian Made Cici faux wrap dress

Beautifully designed and ethically made faux wrap dress. Size medium with elastic gathered waist and a tie. Midi length. Beautiful and soft fabric (I believe it’s bamboo jersey) with feather designs. Slight gather from the shoulder allows the dress to fit the bust nicely. No visible stains or tears. Made in Vancouver. Bust 17”, waist 15”, hips approx 21”, shoulder to bottom 40”
