Cap sleeve short summer dress

Short summer dress with navy blue flowers embroidery. It’s a great and comfy dress to wear in the summer and it has pockets! The flowers are navy blue not black. I’m not sure of the brand as I got it from winners a while ago and took of the tags before wearing the dress.
