Capri Hi-Low Blouse

Bought this at a local shop years ago. It came discounted with no information printed on the tag and a small stain on the collar (shown in photo). The stain is so light you can not see it unless you know it’s there and you’re looking for it. Really nice almost sheer material. Similar to if not Chiffon? The neck is very deep so it really leaves things up to your imagination and creativity on w to wear this! Perfect for a wild night out or dress it up a bit so it’s more modest. Collar 2” Neck 15”
