No care tag but this would be a poly/cotton blend. 2 front pockets with grommet details. Back is gathered only slightly and part way at the waistline. This is a very soft cotton perfect for poolside and/or beach. No rips, stains, tears or pills. Approximate flatlay measurements P to P 17", without taking stretch into account.
