Includes 4 15 minute training segments, minimal accessories used (recommends 2 or 3 sets of small dumbbells (3-8 lbs), a chair, and a workout mat - NOT INCLUDED) and is endorsed by Shape Magazine. "The Firm" is a 30 minute workout using a step and set of dumbbells (NOT INCLUDED), but can be done without the accessories. Both are NTSC discs that can be played in USA & CDN DVD players.
