love_clarissa @300diesel I remeasured and the fabric is sort of ribbed so there’s stretch there that I hadn’t pulled tight. I would say the stretched flat lay measurement is more around 23-24 inches, which makes sense considering these aren’t supposed to be loose fitting. Hope that helps!
