@tyastrub I would say true to size, they're also a bit adjustable too
I wear a size 36-38 waist but some stuff fits weird bc I have wide hips and thunder thighs, I tried these on once and they fit really well and consistent with how the are labeled to be sized
I'm selling them bc I literally haven't had a good opportunity to wear overalls fashionably since buying them
