Caribbean choker buckle pendant necklace with nude color beads- white bead chain

This is a handcrafted choker with four rows of white beads. It has a central wooden buckle measuring 7 x 3.5 cm with natural nude-coloured stones threaded inside. I did a Google picture search and see another one exactly as this one which is listed for $8000. I don’t know much about this necklace but could be valuable. It measures 45 CM long.
