Carnival Skirt

One-of-a-Kind skirt featuring artwork by Kelly Grace. The hem of the skirt depicts a dusky sunset scene of a carnival or fairground, possibly the CNE. It was a one-off sample I purchased from Rosie the Rebel in Toronto (now closed). Thick(~3") reinforced waistband with button and zipper closure on left side. Skirt is 25" long from bottom of waistband. Flat waist measurement: 12.5" Unlined, but fabric is not see through. No size tag but it's XS or small. No stretch So sad to be parting with this skirt but it no longer fits :'(
