This pink polka dot perfection is a 60s dream!!! 24/25 inch waist Peter Pan collar w/ bow tie, 3/4 length sleeve, A-line skirt First picture shows dress worn with a crinoline. Has belt loops but does not come with a belt. Purchased vintage, never worn by me. Great condition!
