The loose fitting jacket is fully lined and features a unique collar with black netting and colourful fabric. The rolled cuffs are 2 inches. Beautiful red rose buttons with an extra button included. This doesn’t have a fabric tag, but feels like a light polyester. The fabric is wrinkle free and fairly lightweight. The shoulders measures 7 inches The sleeves are 22 1/2 inches long Pit to pit measures 25 inches. Measured from the top of the front collar, the jacket is 32 inches long. The skirt features an elastic waist. It has lots of pleats at the top and is free flowing. The waist measures 15 1/2 inches across . The skirt is 37 inches long.
