Carolee Signed Earrings - Dark Amber Tone Etched Glass & Gold Tone Metal with Clip-On Back - Vintage This is a pair of vintage Carolee signed glass and gold tone metal earrings. They are oblong in shape and have clip-on backs. The glass on each is two rectangles of light brown/amber colored glass surrounding a square dark brown etched glass square. The size is 7/8 inch long by 3/8 inch wide and they are in excellent pre-owned condition. Carolee Jewelry was founded in the early 1970s and quickly became one of the most successful and best-known brand-named jewelers. The company was particularly known for its costume pearls and precious metal plated pieces. Many of Carolee’s best pieces are whimsical, animal-shaped brooches and pins, often decorated with pearls and other colored stones and crystals.
