Carolina Belle Cream and Black Polka Dot Top

Absolutely gorgeous top that I have had for years, it used to have long sleeves and it was longer on the bottom, but I had my tailor make the shorter sleeves with wide hem, and shorter bottom so it no longer needs to be tucked in. It is flowy and just grazes the top of your pants. It’s truly one of a kind, incredibly chic. It ties at the neck. I love it so much but the champagne color just doesn’t work with my skin tone.
