Carolina Belle Flowy Pants

Super cute for the summer! Flowy leg Carolina Belle pants (with pockets!) in size US 10. 31 inch inseam. There is some stretch to the material but the waist band is quite small for getting them on! I would say they would fit someone who is on the smaller size of 10 or a size 8 better; I usually wear a size 10 or 12 and I couldn't get this past my hips 😓. Brand new condition.
