“Carpet Bag” Floral Mini Skirt

Floral "carpet bag-eque" vintage looking mini skirt. Elastic waist band with zipper in the back. Size Medium Only worn 3-4 times Thick stiff skirt material with thin black satin lining on the inside. Considering it is Forever 21, its one of those gems that is actually decent quality! SIZING: Fits comfortably snug on me at the waist and flares out a bit at thighs. My measurements are waist 27, hips 38/39
