Carter’s Navy Blue Sleeveless Lightweight Dress

An adorable little dress from Carter’s. It is navy blue and sleeveless. The top has vertical pleats, and is joined tot he skirt with a navy blue ribbon and a navy blue flower, which has a silver embroidered centre. The skirt is quite flowy. In excellent preloved condition from a smoke free, pet free home.
