Carter’s Neon Green 3 Button Shirt and Black Cargo Pants in 2T

Carter’s neon green three button shirt with small side slits. Shirt is in GUC as it has a small stain near collar (see picture ). Black cargo pants very lightweight in EUC. Pants can be rolled up to become shorts (see picture). Has a pretend drawstring with good elastic waistband. SFPF home.
