Cartise Vintage Cap Sleeve Sequin Evening Top

This vintage sequin top by Cartise, made in Canada, is covered in rows of sequins like stars riding the ocean waves. With cap sleeves, a raised collar, and an open, low-cut neckline, this top is eye catching and dramatic. The four front buttons are covered in a black satin and there is a beige lining. This top might look restricting or uncomfortable but it's surprisingly soft and has a little stretch. Excellent used vintage condition. No noticeable pulls or missing sequins. There are belt looks but no belt, would work fine with any slim black or silver belt, or the loops could be cut off. Reposhing this item I purchased from @quirksvintage. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
