Cartise formal dress

NWOT. Never worn. The One shoulder strap is a flower crocheted lacey detail with beads. Built in bra. Bodice has nude silk with sheer black flower lace and beads overtop. Skirt has encased tulle inside - kind of makes it bell shaped (sorry I don’t know exactly how to describe it lol). Shorter length - in between mid thigh and just above the knees. Would be perfect for a masquerade ball (which is why I bought it and then didn’t get to go :( ...)
