Casual petite party wear

Its a short sleeveless spring/summer casual dress which could also be worn as a full length skirt with with black and grey floral designs on white. Its a silky polyester material. The dress has sequin and elastic designs on the top part and on the bottom it has light sequin and stitch work. Its simply great for any casual occasion and could be worn in two different styles.
