Cats Wearing Sneakers Blanket

Small blanket, 49"x52". I think it was a sleeping bag, but someone maybe shortened it and added the bottom fleece layer..? It has snap buttons, similar to a vintage sleeping bag, but it seems like the bottom layer is covering, so they arent fully accessible to use. I noticed 1 small mark on the front, see photo. Would make a good warm throw for home or a cabin. Another option that might be cute could be to upcycle into a pet bed!
